Shadow Catching is the term I have adopted to describe documenting what is not seen but present.
Observing the fleeting and often surreal transient changes that shadows provide gives us a different perspective and lens to see the world. The process of contemplation allows me to become fully immersed in an environment and record details I may have missed.

The studio is a short silent film that captures aspects of a making environment. The ephemeral imagery represents the feeling of being lost in the process of creating.
