An inspiring exhibition of work from graduating MA contemporary artists and designers from Bath Schools of Art and Design will be open to the public at the newly opened Locksbrook campus this autumn.

Witness and experience a dynamic and vibrant selection of postgraduate work from over 35 thinkers and creators, including international prizewinners in Fine Art, Ceramics, Curatorial Practice, Visual Communication, and Fashion and Textiles.

This exciting exhibition is the first to be held within the innovative and elegant renovation of the famous Herman Miller Bath landmark, by world-renowned Grimshaw Architects. 

Holding to principles that echo the 1970’s design brief of the original building, the MA cohort of 2019 welcome all to discover fortuitous encounters, surprises, conflict, and grace.

With thinking through making at its core, Locksbrook campus embraces the possibilities and opportunities that underpin Bath Spa University’s investment in a new School of Art. With a legacy of creative excellence, influence, and inspiration, the art school at Locksbrook promises the next generation of artists, designers, and makers a very special campus; that revives and brings back creative life to the iconic Herman Miller riverside building
