I visited Romania in 2019. Signs of regeneration, recovery from conflict, and the aftertaste of disparity in wealth are present. The people I spoke to had mixed views of the state of the country and the future. This observation is evident in many countries, and a sense of history repeating itself sits uncomfortably in the background.

I observed the many Bobby McFerrin concert posters and pondered his lyrics and how life goes on. From about 8 seconds into the film, hum or listen to Bobby McFerrin's track 'Don't worry, be happy'.
